TurboTides, a provider of turbomachinery design technology, promoted Scott Hanratty to vice president of Global Sales.
Hanratty is now responsible for expanding global sales, marketing and reseller recruitment and support, including directly overseeing sales activities in Europe and Asia. Hanratty’s new role as VP of Global Sales was effective Jan 1. TurboTides offers a fully integrated design system for turbomachinery, including pumps, compressors, turbines (gas and steam), turbochargers and fans/blowers.

Hanratty joined TurboTides as director of Sales – Americas in January 2019 and has since established the company’s national sales channels in North, Central and South America. He has more than 30 years of experience in direct and channel sales management, having enjoyed a long career in sales of advanced engineering software at some of the industry’s most well-known companies. Hanratty most recently was a regional sales director for the Americas and East Asia at Concepts NREC. He has held executive and senior sales positions at ANSYS, Inc., MSC Software Corp. and Autodesk Inc.
